bdConsulting Case Study
bdConsulting and Moveo; provide technical and products training to leading banks and financial institutions and personal training and profiling courses.
Whilst each company works within its own market sector and required a brand which worked well in its respective brand space they were still keen to keep brand consistency; so that whilst moving between the two company websites it is obvious that they are part of the same top level organisation.
With that in mind we created a corporate styled logo for bdConsulting to fit into the banking and finical sector and a freer more flowing logo to work within the personal training sector. Both sharing the same colour pallet and overall design feel to help tie the two together. We then pulled this branding though into their website design.
As with the logo design the two sites had to reflect that they were under the same brand umbrella, whilst each having their own individuality. In order to provide this we based each site around the same underlying design template, whilst selecting a different set of supporting photographic imagery from a brand image library which we built for them.
Each image, whilst abstract in nature also has a supporting story which links it into the solution offering of each company. This adds interest and depth to the website and helps differentiate it from other websites in the sector.

HFM Columbus Case Study
HFM Columbus provides financial planning and asset management services in the UK to large organisations and well established individuals.
HFM’s website design brief was to design and build a website which sat comfortably within their brand sector and also reflected the individuality and vibrancy of their organisation.
We worked closely with their senior management to create a series of descriptive diagrams pivotal to the site which helps layout their specialist, asset management and employee benefits services in a clear, logical and dynamic manner. The diagrams feature animation and navigational elements coded via HTML5 to work with the latest web browsers, iOS (for iPad, and iPhone) and other mobile devices.

BlueLight Global Solutions is managed and run by many of the former heads of UK policing; it provides UK policing domain expertise, products and services to many large organisations worldwide.
Krome helped BlueLight by providing a complete service, including website design, build, search engine optimisation and web hosting.
The website is a showcase for UK policing domain expertise, products and services, its main focus being a large policing solutions store to channel inquiries through their business. To strengthen their search engine optimisation it also contains a policing blog, integrated Twitter feed and the ability to easily share site content via social media channels and Google.

Their web site design is focused towards a clean simple concise layout with an emphasis on ease of use and syndication of news and blog information in line with the main competitors in their field. Cloudsoft requested a full user registration system, complete with e-mail verification of user names and passwords in order to capture information about users requesting further information in the form of data sheets and white papers.

| Surrey Biodiversity Partnership Illustrations |
Surrey Biodiversity Partnership Website Case Study
We helped the Surrey Biodiversity Partnership who are housed with the Surrey Wildlife Trust create a new brand to help promote the biodiversity of Surrey. As well as providing brand design for the Surrey Biodiversity Trust we also provided web design services and skinned their XWiki CMS (content management system) driven web site around the new brand.
We designed their Wiki to be based around a walk around the Surrey countryside, creating a series of illustrations which depict a number of different biodiversity types within Surrey. These illustrations are used within the sections of the web site as backgrounds and convey the typical biodiversity types, both in reference to plants and animals which you may encounter during a walk around the Surrey countryside. The web site structure has also been styled with an illustration of an oak which is typical to Surrey.
